BG RECEPTION DESKS – Designer Reception Desks & Modular Reception Desks

BG contemporary reception desks have straight and curved reception desk modules for you to choose from. You can then easily combine these to create large or small reception desks.

You may like to start by selecting just a single module as your small curved desk. Then for a larger semi circular desk you can select two curved modules. Finally If you select 3 curved modules you will create your very own circular desk.

Each of the above reception desks are suitable for a single receptionist. Consequently It is very easy for you to compose your own curved reception desks.

In addition you can combine the curved modules with straight modules for much larger reception desks. These will then be suitable for more than one of your receptionists to be seated in comfort.

What do you get?

Well first of all you will get stunning high quality reception desks.

By selecting your combination of curved and straight modules you will achieve your perfect desk size.
First of all of the desk tops and panel legs are a sturdy 28 mm thick.
As standard they are in matt white melamine laminate. You can also order other colours such as black.
All of the high front modesty panels are also 28 mm thick and are in our matt lacquered colours.
At the base of the front panels there is a 60 mm high semi gloss aluminium laminate kick plate. This will then protect the base of your front panels.
Each of the main desk tops are 730 mm high and the glass counter tops are 1060 mm high.

To clarify you can use each module as an independent small curved or straight reception desk. These modules can then be combined together to create larger reception desks for more than one receptionist.

Are the counter tops in glass?

Yes the counter tops are 10 mm laminated safety glass and are 246 mm deep.

What Is the smallest Curved reception desk?

Each of these following small reception desk sizes is for a single receptionist.

CURVED

The smallest independent curved reception desk module is 1630 mm wide x 1060 high.
You can then add a single 80 mm cable port and a horizontal cable channel.

RECTANGULAR

For a small rectangular reception desk you can choose any of the standard sizes.
There is also a matching low DDA module at 800 w x 800 deep . You can add this to any of the other modules.

Is there any cable management?

Yes you can add 80 mm cable holes within the desk tops and legs to provide vertical and horizontal cable routes. You can also add vertical cable spines to house all cables from your floor traps to the underside of your desk tops.

Is there a real leather desk pad?

Yes you can also order protective leather desk mats from our Scrivo range.

These are our luxury leather desk pad design and are in real Italian leather. You can even choose them in a number of real leather colours.

In fact we obtain our top quality real leather hides from the highly reputable Italian tannery Futura Leathers S.P.A .

Are there any free standing divider screens?

Yes you can consider the very stylish Posto screen panels. These are available as Transparent screen panels, upholstered or lacquered

Are there any other reception desks?

Yes

As an alternative you can also consider TWIST RECEPTION DESKS with the front panel in 6 different horizontal bands .

You can then choose each and every band in the same colour or indifferent colours.

Is there Mobile storage?

Yes.

But you will need to add a mobile under desk pedestal as required from extras.

The mobile pedestal is in White Steel but other UNDER DESK pedestals are also available.

With the SEMI CIRCLE 1 Curved reception desk 1630 mm wide x 1060 high that includes a single 80 mm cable port and a horizontal cable channel one can also add rectangular modules to create much larger reception desk combinations for more than one receptionist.

Here we have added the 800 rectangular module and the rectangular DDA module .

Our rectangular modules are also available 1200 mm, 1400mm, 1600mm, and 1800 mm wide to create larger versions of the layout below or completely different shapes and sizes to suit your reception area. As larger reception desks are more complex please ask for details and a quotation for your preferred layout.

Add additional 80 mm cable holes within the legs that sit side by side to provide cable access routes horizontally from one end of the desk to the other. Horizontal cable trays are already included within each module.

Add as an extra the vertical cable spines to house cables from the floor to the underside of the desk top.

BG Reception desks and front of house desks have 28mm thick vertical matt lacquered front panels. Upon request and for a surcharge we can supply the front panels in real wood veneer.

Real wood veneer is available for both rectangular reception desks and curved reception desks.

Desk tops and side panels are also available in matching real wood veneer.

BG Reception desks satisfy the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, which requires lowered work surfaces and counters for the more disadvantaged user. We add within the price lines an 800 wide module but we have curved and rectangular desk elements that can be used as independent reception desks or linked with the other modules.
