Prospero Office Desks and Tables
Lorenzo Marcolin has designed Prospero as the ideal
desking solution for those that employ a flat screen
or a laptop. Prospero directors desks and executive
desks make wonderful home office desks. A superb collection
of modern glass desks, wooden desks and lacquered desks
in a variety of finishes.
Prospero rectangular desks are also available at the
smaller size of 1800 x 910 x 730h. Prices are slightly
less expensive and are available upon request. Both
rectangular desk sizes are available as an option with
2 feet and 2 brake castors providing mobile workstations.
Rectangular executive desks are also available with
satin aluminium laminate worktops.
The directors desks and tables with multi-veneered
tabletops are available in two distinctive styles.
Firstly one can select the combination of 5 natural
veneers, rosewood, cherry, Italian walnut, oak and
birch. Alternatively and for the same price one can
select a combination of 3 bleached veneers, birch,
oak and Italian walnut.
The mobile return modules have a non-lockable silver
side-opening tambour. Internally there is a vertical
CPU compartment and a horizontal shelving compartment. The
extending keyboard and monitor stand is also supplied
in wood veneer for an additional price which is available
upon request.

PROSPERO is a furnishing system capable of creating
work places where people can identify themselves with
the surroundings (the work place is an integral part
of the of one's life). The different types of single
or combined conference desks and storage units are
versatile and functional support elements to the office's
effectiveness. Their architectural design is light
and soft with rounded edges and the range of finishes
(glass, wood and colour) allows them to be adapted
to different situations, requirements and personality.
The worktops are supported by metal frames with independent
branching support structures or connected to the multipurpose
drawer unit, the functional efficiency of which is
guaranteed by the integration to the mains power supply
and computer network by means of channels attached
beneath the desk top and utility boxes. The internal
furnish is completed by modular storage units capable
of creating simple cabinets or partitions.
