Here we include just a few of the Frequently asked questions about our company and our executive office furniture products.

What is the delivery time for executive desks and chairs?

All of our high-end executive office furniture products are Made-To-Order especially for you. Individual products and ranges have different lead times based upon the finishes and quantities required. As a general rule please consider 6-9 weeks for our executive desks. Our executive chairs are mostly available in 4-6 weeks with a few exceptions. We are also able to produce some of these products on a rapid response so it is still best to check with us if time is of the essence.

Do you have a showroom where we can view before we buy?

Yes we have a large London showroom where you can view a good proportion of our executive office furniture desks and chairs. You can visit our showroom by appointment during the hours of 10-4 Monday to Friday. Appointments outside of these times may also be possible so please check with us.

Are we able to pay by credit card?

Our preferred method of payment is by bank transfer against our invoice. This enables us to keep our prices and services as competitive as possible. Once we have double checked with you your office furniture selections we will provide you with our invoice and bank details. However, if preferred we are also able to accept all credit cards and charge cards. In this case we will telephone you to obtain your card details.

Are executive chairs and sofas upholstered in real leather?

Yes all of our luxurious executive seating products are available in real leather. The leather we use on all of our executive office chairs, sofas and armchairs is indeed high – end Italian leather. In fact we only obtain our top quality leather hides from highly reputable Italian tanneries such as Futura Leathers S.P.A. In addition to genuine leather we can also provide our seating products in high quality fabrics. If you prefer you can also specify your own leather or fabrics.

Are the executive desks delivered fully assembled?

All of our executive office furniture products are initially delivered to our London warehouse in export packaging. The executive desks and cupboards will then need to be assembled within your offices and are not delivered in an assembled format. We offer you a number of delivery options. Firstly if you prefer you can of course collect your items from our London warehouse. Secondly we can have all items delivered to you by courier for you to arrange assembly. Thirdly we can offer you a full and complete delivery and assembly service. A quotation will of course be provided so you can select what works best for you.
